All about Refugees

Pupil resource

    What's it all about?

This article can be used when talking to pupils about the world's refugees – people who are displaced as a result of conflict or because they are being treated unfairly as a result of their religion or nationality.

Use this resource to gain an insight into the lives of people who do not have a permanent home, and find out:

    • The difference between refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants
    • Learn where refugees originate from
    • Where these people are headed
    • And what life can be like for a refugee

Encourage young readers to think about the lives of displaced children and adults around the world and see how different their lives are.
